For the purposes of this document, "Codey's Media," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Codey's Media and its services. "You" and "your" refer to the client engaging with our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the policies outlined in this document.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Codey's Media, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully and ensure that you understand and accept them.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
2.1 Codey's Media aims to provide high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact our customer support within 12 hours of receiving your first video. We will evaluate your request and, if appropriate, provide a refund.
2.2 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of production, a full or partial refund may be provided.
2.3 If you have placed a pre-order to reserve a slot, please note that Codey's Media reserves the right to deny refund requests. Pre-orders secure specific time in our production schedule, which requires us to turn away other potential clients to hold this slot for you. Cancellation of a pre-order may result in lost income due to missed opportunities with other clients, and as such, refunds for pre-orders may be restricted.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for the video creation process.
3.2 You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including but not limited to infringing on intellectual property rights or distributing harmful content.
4. Ownership and Licensing
4.1 Codey's Media retains all intellectual property rights to the videos produced, including but not limited to copyrights.
4.2 Upon full payment for services, Codey's Media grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the video for the purposes specified during the order.
4.3 You are not permitted to sell or transfer any remaining videos in your order to any third party. They are licensed exclusively for your server.
5. Termination
5.1 Codey's Media reserves the right to terminate services for any reasons. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
5.2 If a chargeback dispute is opened on any payment made to Codey's Media, your order will be immediately terminated and you will be permanently blacklisted and prohibited from ordering any future services. This policy is in place to protect our business and ensure fair dealings.
